This is the second time I’ve been. I wanted to try it twice to see how they are at busy times and quiet times. Brilliant both times. Friendly staff, the food is delicious, they are dog friendly (including a doggy menu), and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was a little affected by the noise of an industrial sounding machine of some description behind the counter, but it was only temporary. The club sandwich was perfectly done and presented well with some slim cut fries (which arguable were a touch over salted). The tea (Brew Tea Co) is not my preferred tea, but I understand their choice. Ozone coffee is a reasonable coffee for people who enjoy the taste, rather than the kick of powerful coffee. Overall I really like this place and their staff. I’ll be coming back with my Golden Retriever one day soon. Enjoy.

So good to see this venue open again after such a long time. Great inside and out … a really nice vibe. Called in for coffee and cake; will definitely come back for brunch, and later wine and dine.

We went this morning as a group of five. We all ate different things from the menu. The staff were warm and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere and the food was cooked perfectly. It’s actually a cut above the rest. The decor was fresh and modern. Great menu to suit everyone’s taste. One of our party was vegan and there was great options for her too. It’s well worth a visit. I have to say we will be visiting regularly. It’s the best breakfast that we have had in a long while.

Great little cafe in the heart of Ashbourne. Friendly and welcoming staff, great food, good coffee with bright and modern decor. Two seating areas, the second up a short flight of stairs. We had the avacardo on sourdough with spicy chickpeas and the ham hock both delicious. Free WiFi with an imaginative password. I won't spoil it but it made me smile. Digital natives would find this a good spot to work from.

Both staff on in the morning were delightful. Millie and Harvey chatted away to me about the choice of food and themselves which created a really friendly atmosphere. The tables were clean and tidy and the music very relaxing. Great way to start my morning so pleased I went there as I’m not from Ashbourne.

Stopped by on Father's day with our 2 kids after a walk in the peaks. The Kitchen was just about to close but they very kindly let us get our order in. The food was great - everyone enjoyed. They even gave me a father's day gift to leave with - which was a lovely token. We'll definitely stop by again!

Early morning Sunday breakfast of Eggs Benedict a totally different taste from that I've had before elsewhere. Lovely rich mild sauce with perfect golden yolk poached eggs on tosted sour dough. Superb! Shame can't afford it every day!
